Does StorePilot really work without internet?

Yes — every terminal stores products, prices, customers, and queued sales in IndexedDB on the device. You can run a full shift offline. The moment connectivity returns, StorePilot reconciles everything automatically, with conflict-free merging across terminals.

Which payment methods are supported in Ghana?

MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, card payments via Paystack and Flutterwave, Visa and Mastercard schemes, cash, store credit, split tender, and B2B bank transfer. M-Pesa is supported for cross-border operations in East Africa.

Can I migrate from my current POS or spreadsheets?

Yes. Our CSV importer handles products, variants, customers, suppliers, and opening stock. Most single-branch operators migrate in under 2 hours; multi-branch chains usually finish over a weekend with a guided onboarding session.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing is per branch, not per cashier or terminal. You get unlimited terminals at each branch. Start free on a single branch, upgrade to Growth as you scale, or move to Enterprise when you need SSO, custom integrations, or a dedicated environment.

Is my data secure?

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We use row-level security so your data is provably isolated from every other tenant. Daily verified backups, point-in-time recovery, and a tamper-evident audit log are included on every plan.

Do you offer training and onboarding support?

Every Growth and Enterprise customer gets a guided onboarding. Enterprise includes a named customer success manager, a tailored training plan for your staff, and 24/7 incident support with a hard SLA.

What hardware do I need?

Any modern Android tablet, iPad, or Windows / Mac laptop works. We support Bluetooth and USB receipt printers (Epson, Star, Bixolon), cash drawers, and standard barcode scanners. We're happy to recommend a kit for your business size.

Can I run multiple branches on one account?

Yes — multi-branch is built in from day one. Each branch has its own stock, prices, staff, and reports, but rolls up into one organisation-level view for head office.

How long does setup take?

A single branch can be live in a couple of hours, including stock import and staff setup. Multi-branch operators typically go live one branch at a time over 1–2 weeks, with a guided onboarding session for the first branch.
